Hand Fillers
As we age the back of the hands lose volume. Tendons appear more prominent and the hands can look “bony and old.” We have experience injecting fillers into the back of the hands for an instant correction of this change. The treatment is fast and very comfortable for the patient. The injector pinches the skin and lifts – we can it tenting the skin. The needle is then injected under the skin in small boluses. The boluses are then easily molded into the indentations on the back of the hands. Typically one syringe is used in each hand. The risk of bruising is very low. The result is immediate and lasts for one year.
